The William
2023 — Bayswater — 3DReid
RIBA Stage 3
Mixed-use development designed by Foster + Partners providing approximately 90,000 sq ft of Grade A office space, retail units and residential accommodation.
The project uses cross-laminated timber construction and represents one of the larger timber developments in London.


Role
Preparation of drawing packages and support to the interior design lead during Stage 3 and client presentations.

Cadogan Hotel
2018 — Knightsbridge — Blair Associates Architecture
RIBA Stage 4
Refurbishment and extension of the Grade II listed Cadogan Hotel in Chelsea, delivering a luxury five-star hospitality scheme.
The project was completed in 2019.
Role
Production of construction drawings for interior areas during the delivery phase of the project.


Thomas Goode
2019–2020 — Westminster — Blair Associates Architecture
Planning / RIBA Stage 4 Tender

Redevelopment of the Grade II* listed Thomas Goode building, converting a historic department store into a mixed-use scheme incorporating retail, residential and hotel functions.
Works include restoration of façades, conservation of historic roof lights, basement extensions and new architectural interventions integrated with the existing structure.
Role
Contribution to planning documentation, listed building consent information and tender packages as part of the project team.
Claridge’s Hotel Refurbishment
2020 — Mayfair — Blair Associates Architecture
RIBA Stages 4–5
Refurbishment works to the Grade II listed Art Deco hotel at the corner of Brook Street and Davies Street in Mayfair. The project retains the historic building fabric while introducing contemporary interventions aligned with the character of the existing architecture.
Role
Development of interior fit-out drawings for corridors and selected guest suites.

Nodeul Island – Soundscape
2025 — Seoul — Heatherwick Studio
RIBA Stage 3

Public landscape and cultural project transforming an artificial island on the Han River into a biodiverse park with cultural facilities including an arts centre and public beach.
Role
Contribution to Stage 3 design work as part of the Heatherwick Studio team.

Chelsea Island
2018 — West London — Midgard
RIBA Stages 4–5
Residential development comprising 89 apartments in West London. The work involved façade detailing and preparation of architectural drawing packages for tender and construction stages.


Role
Support during technical development and participation in site visits during the construction phase.

Mortimer Street Redevelopment
2026 — Bowman Riley
Office refurbishment at 30–32 Mortimer Street, Fitzrovia. The building has two street frontages, with the main entrance on Mortimer Street and secondary access on Wells Street serving the ground-floor office/retail unit. The existing building comprises basement, ground floor and five upper floors with roof plant and core access at Level 6. Upper floors set back from the Wells Street elevation are proposed to be extended beyond the existing façade line.

Part of the Bowman Riley team developing an office refurbishment project in Central London.

Grosvenor Gardens
2021–2022 — Studio PDP
RIBA Stage 4

Redevelopment of Eaton Lane within the historic Grosvenor Estate, providing 42 residential units and seven retail spaces. The original façade facing Grosvenor Gardens is retained and restored, with new residential accommodation constructed behind it overlooking Eaton Lane.
Role
Delivery of a Stage 4 roof package and support in achieving Westminster City Council approvals.


Cyprus, Beckton, Newham
2023 — Newham — 3DReid
RIBA Stage 3
Residential development delivering 237 homes across private rental and London affordable rental tenures. The scheme is organised around cores serving a limited number of apartments to support community interaction and residential security.
Role
Contribution to multiple drawing packages during the Stage 3 design development phase.
